Day 2 - DIY Bracelet Organizers {31 Cheap & Easy DIY Organizers}

Think you have to spend a lot of money on costly organizing tools to get your house in order?  Nope!  Getting organized doesn't have to be expensive!

Throughout this series I'm sharing ideas to help you organize your home by either

  • making simple organizers with things that don't cost very much OR
  • using items you already have in a different way.
If cost has been holding you back from getting organized, now you've got no more excuses!

Today I'm going to show you a few different ways you can make a bracelet organizer, with basic household items.  No more tangled or mixed up bracelets!  And no need to buy an expensive jewelry organizer :)

  • One cheap and easy way to organize bracelets is by re-purposing a mug tree.  If you don't have one lying around, you can find these at thrift stores or garage sales for very little money.  Here are two different mug trees used as jewelry organizers.

  • You can also make a beautiful bracelet display holder using a paper towel roll, scrap fabric, a wooden dowel, and a small wooden plaque.  The cost for the dowel and plaque is very minimal and the end result is beautiful and practical.  Here's a full tutorial from Jen at I Heart Organizing to show you how she made hers.

Aren't these bracelet holders beautiful?  And so cheap and easy!  I don't have a lot of bracelets, but my daughter is building quite a collection so I'm thinking of making one of these with her.

How do you organize your bracelets?  Have you ever used a mug tree for something other than mugs?  Have you DIY'd any other bracelet organizers?
